The SAG mill is on site (needing refurbishment) you'll find it's details in one of the early asx announcements about the Morila acquisition listing it's assets. The refurbishment cost is one of the items in the Placement offer document posted on this thread. Highly unlikely they'll refurbish it if they aren't going to use it.

I got the Sag Mill specs from a Barrick DFS for the Massawa Gold project, one option was for them to use Morila's Sag & Ball mills, but that didn't eventuate. (link below - search Morila). As you can see it's huge, with a 8 metre diameter, also uses a lot of power using a 6kw motor.

Also of note is how detailed these feasibility studies are, we only get the abridged version. The one linked below is 399 pages long!
