Once you have made a certain amount of trades (5 i think) for the month using Commonwealth, you don't get charged brokerage for the rest of the month. If they are trading hundreds of times a day, they will only pay brokerage for the first 5 trades of the month and the rest are free... Cost those 5 fees into their cost of trading.
