Well Elvis77 it makes some sense when One considers the following link re the large damage at BHPs Olympic Dam mine because BHP are going to need some Copper from somewhere in the short term to help them catch up with contracts tied to Olympic Dam and it would not be to difficult for them with some spare equipment and manpower, while Olympic Dam was been repaired, to get this RCP mine into production to help BHP catch up with some possible back orders:-
