Cara the company likely has a cash balance of ~$5M, E#2 yet to stabilise and declining residual assets outside of SM#71 not sure they have any capacity to fund doing anything themselves.
Knowing how BYE have operated to date if they had any good news at all they would be screaming it from the rooftops re E#2 or anything else to be honest .....
