As I mentioned before, one strain of Omicron was it's ability to evade detection of PCR tests. Increased lockdowns to come along with additional border restrictions, but I think the market already got the gist of that in the last few hours
Hopefully everyone was trading on the increased risk of uncertainty which causes markets to fall.
I'll go with Bull Trap
and... will the US increase interest rates early / stop their easing at the next meeting. If yes, then massive drop in markets shortly. As I mentioned also, employers don't like paying higher wages; to stop this interest rate increases will come through earlier than expected.
