MLC, I received responses to both emails that I have sent. The first one was general and referenced the company release. In response I indicated that I would be voting against the election of directors...this email was responded to in a tailored fashion indicating that the chair was willing to speak directly with me, but only after the release of the report.

I hope he is looking forward to talking with a lot of shareholders!!!
