At 1 for 35.91 we can subscribe for 2.8% more shares, not including the 100% "top up"; whilst the capital will be increased by 6.96%, overall.
Sales for 2022 will be up 29% with EBITA up 39% with dividend up to ?, probably no increase to conserve capital for the amalgamation.
Any thoughts fellow shareholders.
PS. But I do like the thought of our "shop" opening in tornado alley and another "shop" opening in California waiting for "the big one".
