Excuse my ignorance but how hard coul it possibly be to stick a screen on the band so that it is effectively a watch, and is that possibly not what Fenda have been partnered for?

Im just thinking about the journey of Gopro. Initial product was a point and shoot film camera in a wristband with zero functionality but great conceptually. Each generation added features to the point that it now is capable of broadcast quality steady shot 4K footage and has zoom, touch screen interface etc etc.

The important thing about Gopro was that it became synonymous with the disruption it caused, and generated its own industry. Imitators have been unable to compete. A $2billion company born out of a clumsy waterproof vessel.

I would back this concept to be worth more than the initial product. It is about liberating ones health, which modern watches only pretend to do.
