Some holders may be in doubt as to how the oppies will be treated under the proposed consolidation, so hopefully this will assist.
N.B. below is my opinion only!
If the consolidation is on a 1 for 4 basis, the same ratio should be applied to the oppies, and the exercise price would increase by a multiple of 4.
e.g. If the VWAP for the 5 days prior to the meeting is 5c, and they decide on a 20c consolidation, someone holding 100,000 oppies would now own 25,000, and the exercise price would be increased to 3.2c (.8 x 4).
I really do think that they should explained how the oppies are likely to be affected.
