looking at todays annoucment , no niel stuart up for re-election , but not resigned either ? interesting .
at least new report will come back about 2 weeks before agm
could be a interesting few weeks between new report and agm . looking forward to it
i wont be voting to relect them not that they will take any notice of what we say.
see details of mark sheppard "skills" which includes COAL on notice of meeting resolutions if he had skills he would not have recommended the takeover bid!!
who is going to AGM? will they do a walkout in middle of meeting to avoid giving answers again like june 22nd and not answer shareholder questions?
