Producers who have lower EV/EBITDA Ratio and lower P/E Ratio than their peers’ would likely be benefited more from increasing POG, as the market would adjust their multiples more favorably when sentiment changes.
RRL currently has the lowest EV/EBITDA and P/E amongst XGD producers. Its SP should gain greatly from increasing POG.
