re: delta olis fields-clarification Delta oil is a jv company between Wesgold and Carpenter. Delta hols a 5% interest in the NZ Maari OIL FIELD.. This aera has been successfully explored fo about 50mil bbls,still growing.

CPC and Wesgold have 50:50 in in Delta, i.e. CPC has 2.5%
