Your research confirms the concerns I have had all along, since GLI/BVI first came into the WMT/IDG picture.
And I still don't know what the plan or agenda really is - except that I'm VERY suspicious as to what happens to all the cash in the bank, the money realized by the sell-offs and the spin-offs, and the cap raising.
I won't allege anything else, and I won't indulge in more "told you so" stuff, as it is surely becoming apparent to all those optimists who help turf the old board out that things are not good. The previous board were hopeless, but they weren't crooked, AFAIK. This new lot - at BEST - seem to have a long history of incompetence and failures.
