I agree that is a possibility that those leaving don't fit in with the company's strategic direction. They may also have personal reasons, a better offer somewhere else or they may have personality clashes with current management. All speculation on my behalf.
I definitely am a LT holder and from my very limited knowledge of what makes a good CTO, Patrick Neise looks well qualified to help take Harvest forward.
