With only 5 days left of the takeover bid (unless it is extended), IMO it has been extremely unsuccessful considering it has been ongoing since September and they are only up to 23% of the shares on issue.
I am surprised that more shareholders are not willing to take up MCT on their offer, It will be interesting to see what happens over the next week,
