The actual discount the subscribers received (given the new EXIM news) will be equal to the WAP for the first $4M in volume of trading on opening. So, if the SP doesn't go up much, that means a lot of people have been complaining about missing out on the $4M placement, but didn't act on cheap shares, even post EXIM. Also, anyone could have picked up more shares for less than the placement price almost anytime over the last 6 weeks, including long periods under 4c. The 402A should have been the clear signal for anyone that wanted more, plenty of opportunity to buy after that. If you snooze, you lose!
