Glyna even if your right and CHM money was used and you win the case, what makes you think all you will get is the $150,000-$500,000 and interest back unless you can prove a constructive trust and most of these fail, even if you can prove a constructive trust if JAck Hills cost $11m all together according to Glyna and so at most CHM can show $500,000 of their money was uses then thats Around 5% of JAck hills worth $850m which gives you around $40m and half of $20m of that goes to the litergation funder which only leaves $20m. Correct me if the figures are wrong.
