Deutsche Bank 23/10/2009 1 Upgrade to Buy from Hold $0.25 31.6%
Since initiating coverage last month with a Hold, the broker notes the share price has fallen by over 20%.
Yet the broker's price target is still $0.25 per share, which means an upgrade to Buy given the discount the stock is now trading at relative to the target.
Why does Deutsche like Elders? The broker cites margin potential in the Rural Services Division, where it expects the earnings before tax margin to increase from 2.4% in FY10 to 4.1% in FY12.
