Meh ~15% dilution - hardly butchered. Although I (and we all) would have preferred the raise at a higher price.
I attended the AGM, met the directors and had a bit of a chat - happy with how the company is performing and appears well on their way to the first milestone of 1Moz. Raise was to keep the drill rigs on site and drilling throughout a big chunk of 2022 exploring existing and new prospects.
At 1Moz, the current EV/Resource value would be ~$34/oz and with an estimated AISC of ~$800USD or so (after considering copper credits). If that's not takeover bait, I don't know what is...
For now, happy to hold and wait patiently for the company to do it's thing.
