Did ROC earn more in 2007?
Did it produce more oil?
Did it have half the projects it has now?
Did it have a large debt?
SO WHY THE F##K DID IT'S SHARE PRICE AVERAGE OVER $3.00 for the year?
Either a LOT of people were duped, or this is seriously undervalued. Not exactly a fantastic growth story was it?
