The thing I do not understand is that Pynes and Kestell have spent a hell of a lot of money getting control of IDG, why would they then trash it....., during fight for control of the board they ( Desert Fox) would of spent around $4 million buying IDG shares, now Kestell has spent another $2 million as the underwriter of the capital raising, it seems like a high risk to take just to turn IDG into a cash box.
In the supplementary prospectus they released to the market they (Desert Fox) told ASIC that they would not be turning the company into a cashbox, shareholders who bought into the capital raising would have grounds to launch a class action against the directors if they did try to turn IDG into a cash box now.
