I was thinking about doing that myself but haven't had the time yet.

I am hearing a lot of people here say we should just all stop complaining and suck it up...Or even better: This was all expected (Something of a returning theme on the FFX thread with absolutely no one suggesting a cash raise is coming in advance, and after wards these visionary FFX holders suddenly all saw it coming a long way off...Uh huh sure!)

Lets go back to June when we just had the Ganfeng partnership deal announcementWe had tens of millions in cash on the bank, we were producing gold and we had a now !!!FULLY FUNDED!!! Lithium project!

Anyone suggesting then that there would be a whopping $200 Million in cash raises to follow within just 6 months would have been absolutely called crazy! And rightfully so!

And if the $10Million is indeed for the 20% of LLL then there will be another $40 Million raise on the spin off just a few months down the line.

That is $240 Million for ramping up and already producing gold mine and a !!!FULLY FUNDED!!! Lithium mine...

Was there any communication or project planning that suggested there would be this much cash needed, NO, quite the contrary, there was talk about organically growing the gold side and Ganfeng taking care of the cost of LLL (boy did they get one sweet deal!!).

Was there a single HC poster that saw this coming??? Absolutely not! Anyone saying otherwise is outright lying!

So preaching a bit of calm or trying to see the big picture is fine. But calling angry and frustrated investors in FFX whiners and moaners and acting as if this is "Business as usual" is BS!
