I think @Himmmel is right about the new structure.

It'd be better off FFX distributing all LLL shares to the shareholders. The retaining in FFX won't do anything good for LLL shareholders, imo.
LLL is meant to be fully funded, but FFX seems taking advantage of lithium sector sentiment to keep raising cash to fund gold mine. All in sustain cost for gold mine for last two quarters are very high, unprofitable, hope it could improve. RSG is a good example, imo.
