Its a bit of a hit to say the least. Not knowing anything about Bullesye is my biggest concern but the fact that their lease hold is near Regis, which MH started, gives me hope that he is happy to find a way back into this territory via a back door. I am assuming the EMR SP will sky rocket in time but im greedy and want the fun of it now.
