    So the JV (the owner of Goulamina) does not yet have a name.

    And LLL will own 45% of the JV.

    FFX will own 20% of LLL 45% of the JV.

    FFX share holders will be distributed 80% of LLL 45% of the JV

    Is that the summery ?
