For starters if retail did take part in the CR it would tale a month or more to facilitate , also AVZ has a lot of mums and dads on the register , how much will they each stump up ? 5k 15 k ?? nowhere near as much as the instos i can guarantee you that , and the only way to get the instos on board is at a discount , who else would stump up 75 million at market price ?????? this is how money is raised and its as simple as that .
Idiots on here complaining at the discount havent a clue what they are talking about ,there has been ample time for everyone to buy at them levels and now all of a sudden every ones having a moan , typical retail mentality , poor me why didnt i get a discount
One of the biggest hurdles for any spec stock is having capital or cash in the bank !!! AVZ are now cashed up and have 90% of the required Capex once the CATH money is released upon the granting of the license , this is huge news and derisks the company , and the dilution was what ? 3% ?
To day was a good day , solid buying which tells me the market liked it , our next hurdle is the license , will it come this month ? who knows but im happy to wait .
