But look at annual report top 20 shareholders hold far far less then 86% of actual shares. Options can't vote. the options are all basically for directors , mates and related parties really even if they say they are not . when they could and far better to have issued some to shareholders on a pro rata basis....
To top 20 shareholders are not very strong at all .
There are a lot of things i like about the company but equally a lot of things i don't like at all that i have addressed many times.
