What is the process for when the offer ends on December 23? Does MCT just become a major holder in NME and the shareholders who accepted get MCT shares and that's the end of it?
I'm worried that some NME shareholders may just have accepted to get out because they didn't have much liquidity in NME and now dump their MCT and knock our price down.
