Potstock88/others: Whilst we (short- and especially long-term) holders of NEU for certain HOPE and EXPECT this to be the case, with FDA nothing is EVER a "sure" thing in my opinion!
What is in NEU's favour, is the fact that Acadia is an AMERICAN company. However, Acadia is NOT among the American BIG PHARMA companies that I suspect to be much 'closer' to the FDA than the second tier American pharma/biotech companies...

A BIG PHARMA did get a very controversial AD drug approved earlier this year....that just might not have gotten through if submitted by a smaller American company.

Of course, I could be totally wrong with my aforementioned assumptions - as mentioned these are purely SPECULATIVE assumptions!!

Having written all that: I still strongly believe that NEU share-holders can and should expect that FDA will give its approval with a very high (but not 100%!) likelihood !!
