As expected the existing shareholders of PLV (as with all other companies that conduct placements) have been disadvantaged.
Why the SPP wasnt given a greater limit of $10-$15m i cant speculate (nearly all the $ that was neccessary for the company to see out CC cash and exploration for phase II), however it would have been nice. As mentioned previously by other HC members, being scaled back to sub $5k, whats the point? Free money has been given to the placement, not CURRENT shareholders.
With the SP moving back up, why wouldnt current shareholders be subscribing for all they can, its easy money.
Once again, good intentions have fallen short of expectations.
I still like the company, management included (dont get me wrong) just would have liked to have been given a larger bite of the cherry.
