Hooray shareholders, time to retire from social media for me. But if I could say to the new guys to the market: 'Read all you can, believe 50% of what you read, research that 50% thoroughly and reduce that 50% to the hard facts. Conduct in depth research into the management history of your CEO and Board of Management, don't invest a cent, unless they have before you. Surround yourself with honest and talented investors, get to know them and take part in productive debate. Be very aware that there are many who wish to take you down in life, so surround yourself with good people.
Never be fooled into thinking that you know it all, in my experience after nearly 50 years on the ASX I find that knowledge is an ongoing thirst that can never be quenched.

To my good mates Wallaby, Molla, Bubbles, Verp, Kipp and many others, you do a great job, excellent work guys. I believe in SYA, I've done the homework and my holding is snug in the bottom drawer for a few years.

Remember; 'Fortunes that are made overnight by unskilled people, are often lost before the dawn of the following day'.
