Am I reading this wrong, most were placed with existing ORA shareholders who have registered a interest in taking up the shortfall.
The shortfall was there because some share holders did not take up their entitlements. So happy to let go to anyone.
Whats wrong with existing holders who have faith taking up these shares?
Please fix explain?
