I find that to be a flawed fallacy.

Because companies always raise capital at a discount, to attract sed required/requested capital from shareholders.

The problem lies that

a) Institutions get the big slice of the pie..... &

b) It just happens to be a massive discount to the VWAP.

I find that these two events seem not to occur in randomness but in deliberate tandem.

And this problem translates to $ for institutional money at the expense of the little guy.
