No mater which way you look at this CXO will make substantial profits over the next few years!! After taking out cost of say $400 US a ton, we end up with $1,600 US a tone profit. I know our cost is a little less than that, and my calculations are rough back of envelope figures. We end up with roughly $2,200 a ton AUD profit. Run those number over 197 MT and you end up with $400M profit a year. Apply a PE of 15 or 20..... Market cap will explode!! I know these are very rough figures however even if we half the above figures we end up $200M a year profit!! Apply a PE of 15 gives us a MC of 3B Or 3 times our current price $1.50 a share!!
