The winter is cold in China this year. Smelters for copper and the steel mills will be reducing to 3 days per week. This may last into February as it did in 2010 - I know because I was there and it went down to -26 C in January. So the price of iron ore, copper and manganese will drift off until late February when more electricity becomes available. This is a seasonal affect - some years worse than others.
