if you laid it out in detail - you'd be called an American hater --
whereas - it's really just observation - clear as crystal.
there's a materialistic, no holds barred, individualistic streak so strong in America that it's almost unbelievable - but, it is - and, they do celebrate it - I have never understood how one can have such a thing and call it 'the American dream' - at the expense of all others
