that is incorrect
rent yeild is revenue created from the assett.
rent will go up, because the value of the assett will go up (or thats the plan). so you make 4% on the value of your assett.
Damien - when you ow the bank $0 the loan is paid off, whats your rent yeild then? will you tell us you make infinity % ?
