EXCELLENT POST ..........FF. very well timed considering Sharemans attacks against proof of Activist Shorting being supported by the ASX.
As cI said on my post its a contradiction that ASX has both support for Activist Shorting and support for Manipulation of the Markets.
2 way bet that guarantees ASX will PROFIT no matter which activity is undertaken.
It is on record that a DIRECTOR of the ASX was fined for Illegal Shorting activities! huh no surprises there!
