This issue has been covered innumerous times.
Bill Garner was in charge while RAC had a strategy focused on the AML opportunity in 2018 to derive (inevitably very little) income from an NPP program in Europe.
It is our good fortune that Dr Tillett came on board, that the strategy was updated significantly, and he left on somewhat good terms.
His selling down of his shares speaks to his desire to cash in on an investment he now has little practical investment in.
Once his selling dries up, the share price may finally run free like the true gazelle that Zantrene is.
