..the hypertheticals...get in the way of the truth...
since 1998 the loan interest rates have varied between 6.5 to 7.5%....so why assume it will suddenly go to 9%.... or use that figure for the past 10 years...or for future years..
currently rates are about 5%...
so lets put some truth and real figures back into the scenarios........
