Hi mate, I think they're unclear on this point. Some references point to ARR and others point to "revenue metrics". The interviews I've heard don't specify ARR, though am happy to be proven wrong.
We also know that the deferred revenue is almost wholly license based, and that amount for the 12 month period from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022 is $3.7m. Whilst perhaps not explicitly ARR, this may be down to definitions on what can be included in an ARR reference.
