i said it earlier in the thread and it looks like i'll 'have to' reiterate it again:

most 'property spruikers' can not (don't know how to) calculate earnings/losses properly...

that explains 'stellar' performances of "all" property ...

it is worth noting that simplification of mathematics is equivalent of it's applicators !

...but it gives you valuable insight into the world of a "property spruiker": can you imagine borrowing all 'that' money with 'that' little knowledge ?

all based on "'so and so' did it as well and it worked out well for them so it has to end well for me as well !!!"
