    The post by the inc encouraging (China's Yanzhou Coal Mining Company has been given the green light to take over coal miner Felix Resources provided it adheres to strict conditions) and possible this could turn thing around for us, (IMO timing about 1 Month out).

    But if all falls over, can we ask for a independent auditor to be engaged to monitor the winding up of the co at the AGM, theinc? anyone?
