For a mc at 30c of 42m, less 18m cash = 24m EV today.
But lets spend the cash, over the next 2 year period, and put a $A 250-416m mc, in lou.

On 142m shares, that is A$1.76-$2.93 sp. = 10 X on 29c entry.
