Scope, QBE has often dropped a pre-Christmas performance update. No news likely means profit is in forecast range.
I want to see another year of further bold premium rises, not out of greed (!), more because QBE cannot make money investing in bonds at these interest rates and the only profit source is premiums up front - underwriting is everything.
If QBE can execute on this, its future is stellar. If not, the long term downward share price trend will continue.
