That's pretty significant - can you direct me to any further reading?
These current small volumes would more than likely be part of some position trading strategy, most likely automated and makes perfect sense considering the technical trends. I highly doubt there are nefarious intentions to crush the price to make a small yet highly risked profit. There are easier ways to make a buck.
