Valad is still one of the largest fund and property manager in UK/Europe so the potential is enormous just in these markets alone. apart from the DUKE there will be billions of property to be managed for the bank as they are sorting out their messes.
Judging by the last couple of hours of trade yesterday we know that there is / are keen invester(s) at this prices so I think it will have a good chance of breaking the 16 cps lid in the next week or 2, if one look at the 6 months chart there is undeniable that its heading toward 20s cps in the near futures.
One thing I just dont understand is WHY didnt people sell 3 shares to get one free share if they cant effort the money upfront ?
