    Had another listen this morning - he definitely didn't use the term framework agreement, which the other early company speakers did. At the end of his speech he referred to it as the Faru Mahenge Project agreement, and elsewhere he spoke of it as I quoted above.

    Anyway, we should all be enlightened further this morning.
