I just wish they would hurry up and separate bank from wealth and North from wealth.
need clear lines for Each business units profit/loss and balance sheet and business heads to run each unit as independently as possible. Without separation it is difficult to run a business well.
this will also make it easier to sell off or close down a business unit if it's in the best interest of the group.
very surprised Alexi didn't do this as she had the chance
