EMVision is an ASX listed medical device development company. Our lead product in development is a portable, cost-effective brain scanner, capable of rapidly producing quality images of biological tissue to provide game-changing insights for clinicians. We aim to change the Stroke Care paradigm by becoming a global leader in point-of-care imaging, and in doing so positively impact the lives of millions globally.
Our promising clinical studies provide a platform for us to progress to expanded clinical trials in 2022, and ultimately towards regulatory submissions and global sales. Over the last 12 months, EMVision has continued to build its internal capabilities and now has a team of over 20 engineers based in our facility in Macquarie Park, Sydney, NSW.
What are we looking for
With the expansion in the Company’s activities and we are searching for a Financial Controller that is CA qualified, experience working in a listed company environment is preferred.
As Financial Controller, you will coordinate the financial, reporting and accounting operations for EMVision. You will be self-motivated and be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines. You will drive continuous improvement across the business as it continues along its commercialisation pathway, whilst ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Reporting directly to a part-time CFO/Company Secretary, you will be a key support to the executive team.

[COLOR=var(--color-text)]Manage month-end procedures and reporting requirements and contribute to the preparation of Board & Committee papers[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]Coordinate forecasting and budgeting processes including preparation and maintenance of financial models[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]Prepare and coordinate ASX reporting requirements and lodgements, currently quarterly cashflow report, half-year accounts and annual report[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]Manage the half-yearly and annual procedures for external audit[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]Manage tax compliance requirements with the ATO (including annual R&D tax incentive claim), and relevant State Revenue Offices to ensure all lodgement dates are achieved throughout the year[/COLOR]
